How do I experience the delivery times and am how exact are these data?
On our website we show from each product how much supply we have (only in the list!). You will find this indication between the picture and product number on the side. It shows itself in 3 symbols:

= means that we have Low stock of this product, available nonetheless  in Hilversum **

We determine these different times for delivery from one mix from experiences of the past (deliverability of the manufacturer and market position of the product) and from delivery time data of the manufacturer The actual delivery time can be in individual cases substantially longer or also more briefly. These fluctuations are frequently not comprehensible for final consumers. Thus we receive again and again Mails from customers, who ask whether it is not possible to indicate more exact delivery times. Which products are immediately available from stock?
Our planning managers always make sure our best-sellers (usually test winners and many accessory articles) over all product groups are always stocked in our warehouse in for fast delivery. In over 95% of the cases best seller products are delivered the next day at the customer.  Truck delivery last a few days longer. Importantly: We can assure these short delivery times only if you order by telephone. Then the commodity concerned is firmly blocked for you, if you present the listener. With on-line orders only still another examination of the order takes place before the order acceptance, why in fact no real time inventory deduction takes place. Therefore also data are noncommittal like "supply available" in principle in the on-line Shop. Our recommendation: If an immediate and fast  supply for you is important, then we recommend you to order by telephone before 15.00 o'clock. That can be done very fast, if you have your customer number and the exact product details in handy (manufacturers and model designation).

Why do some bestsellers also have delivery times?
Unfortunately we do not succeed in always being able to supply all Bestseller from stock,  because the demand is often larger than the deliverability of the industry. A basic problem is that a test victory is in a technical periodical neither foreseeable nor flatable - it comes simply surprisingly. And it should be a surprise. Finally we all want independent test winners. But evenly this leads also to more frequent and longer delivery times. We try to steer against in co-operation with the industry by ordering two to three months in advance .  Only if we avoid warehouse risks, we can hold our low prices in the long term. By the way, the predominant majority of our customers would like rather low praising than at any time shortest delivery times. Therefore we remain with this concept.

Which delivery times apply to "normal articles"?
You ordered articles, which do not belong to the best-sellers and which are not available in Hilversum. These orders are depending upon order entrance with the manufacturer directly in Canada. In these cases we depend on the deliverability of the industry - and that can be correctly unpleasant. Manufacturer nearly never give concrete and obligatory dates of delivery, and if we receive them, then they are kept rarely. Therefore we do not pass delivery time data on of the industry in principle any longer to our customers. We mean, it is better to be honest and communicate that we cannot predict the exact date of delivery obligatorily, than disappointments with not kept date promises to produce.
