StarTech.com’s new dual voltage cards allow up to eight serial devices to be connected to any system with a PCI or PCI-X slot. The unique remapping feature of these cards allows the correct com port address to be mapped, ensuring compatibility with new and old equipment or software. This makes these cards ideal for devices that have a serial interface such as modems, printers, CNC machines, kiosks and ISDN terminals. The remapping feature is compatible with systems running DOS, Linux or Windows operating systems up to 98.
