StarTech - HDMISPL1HH - 1 ft Standard HDMI® Cable - 1x HDMI (M) to 2x HDMI (F)

The HDMISPL1HH Standard HDMI® Splitter Cable lets you split the video output from an HDMI-enabled device (DVD player or satellite receiver) to two HDMI-capable displays simultaneously to deliver two identical images of the same resolution.

For best results when splitting an HDMI video signal with the HDMISPL1HH, we recommend that before connecting a second HDMI-capable display, you connect the first display incorporating HDMI technology and wait for the monitor to detect the video signal.

Please note:This device does not negotiate individual handshakes between connected devices or pass HDCP data from a connected display back to the video source; if your application requires these functions please refer to our 2-Port High Speed HDMI Video Splitter and Signal Amplifier (ST122HDMI2). The Standard HDMI Splitter Cable cannot be used to span an image across two displays, or show different images on individual displays. Similarly, the HDMISPL1HH Standard HDMI Splitter Cable cannot be used to connect two video source devices to a single display.
